O Agentes Forge é uma plataforma em que a sua empresa monta, em poucos passos, um agente de inteligência artificial que conversa com os seus clientes pelo WhatsApp: tira dúvidas a partir das informações do seu negócio, registra interessados, agenda horários e passa a conversa para a sua equipe quando precisa.
Como funciona
- Cadastro: você entra com email e senha ou com a sua conta Google.
- Seu negócio: você informa o que a empresa faz, envia documentos e perguntas frequentes, e define o tom do agente e as regras de atendimento.
- Agenda: o agente oferece os horários livres e marca atendimentos na agenda interna da plataforma ou, se você quiser, na sua Google Agenda.
- Teste: você conversa com o agente antes de ligar no WhatsApp.
- Atendimento: sua equipe acompanha as conversas e assume quando quiser.

About Agentes Forge (English)
Agentes Forge, by Forge Studio, is a platform where small and medium businesses in Brazil set up an AI customer service agent that answers their customers on WhatsApp. The agent answers questions using the information the business provides, registers leads, offers available time slots and books appointments, and hands the conversation over to the business's staff when needed.
How Agentes Forge uses Google APIs:
- Sign in with Google (
openidandemailscopes): business owners can create their Agentes Forge account and sign in with their Google account. We use only the account identifier and email address, to authenticate the user. - Google Calendar (optional): a business can connect its Google Calendar so the agent checks free/busy periods and creates events for the appointments it books.
Agentes Forge does not generate images and has no image, video or intimate content features. Google user data is used only for the features above, never for advertising or for training AI models. Read our Privacy Policy (English summary in the section "Google user data").
